ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- for completing the construction of house as per Indira Awas Yojana Scheme by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.11.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner was permitted to construct a house and she was also completed the construction, but the respondents did not disburse the subsidy amount as per the said scheme. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.11.2017 to the respondents seeking disbursal of the subsidy amount. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner claims to have completed the construction three years ago, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
