ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to carry out survey and measure and identify the boundary line of the petitioner's property in Survey No.22/1 (Patta No.101) at Balakombai Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property measuring to an extent of 72 3⁄4 cents in Survey No.22/1, Balakombai Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District. The petitioner has submitted an application before the respondent seeking to survey the land and fix boundaries and he has also paid necessary fees. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure his land by fixing boundaries, the respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the second respondent and to the interested parties, if any. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
