Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah for M/S DHANA LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., on the first day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
