RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 10141 of 2017 dated 21.08.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 9 and 10 Prohibition of Children Marriage Act, in Crime No.10 of 2017, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
