ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar rejecting the petitioner's application for subdividing the property. As against the said order, there is appeal remedy available before the Revenue Divisional Officer. The petitioner has approached this Court without exhausting such appeal remedy and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority, if he is so advised. No costs.
