This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2022, on the file of Family Court, Trichy and transfer the same to the file of Principal Sub-Court, Kumbakonam.

2.The petitioner has filed this revision to transfer H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2022 from the file of Family Court, Trichy to the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam, for conducting a joint trial in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022, which was filed by the respondent.

3.This Court has already allowed CRP(MD)No.78 of 2022, thereby, H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam is withdrawn from its file and transferred to the file of Family Court, Trichy and directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022, along with H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2022.
