ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 336, 307 I.P.C. r/w 3 of TNPL Act in Cr.No.22 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner.
4. In such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear and surrender before the Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application and the same shall be considered on the same day.
5. The Criminal Original Petition is closed, with the above direction.
