Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct the cultural programme on 11.03.2021 and 12.03.2021 by contribution of all the community people in connection with yearly Maha Sivarathiri festival of Arulmigu Thirukotti Ayyanar Temple situated at Perunkottur Village, Thiruvenkadam Taluk, Tenkasi district based upon the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2021.

ORDER
When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sankarankoil, dated 09.03.2021.
2.As per the said proceedings it transpired that on 09.03.2021 at about 4.30 pm, a peace committee meeting was held, in which all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.4766 of 2021 the contending communal parties participated along with the officials concerned. In the peace committee meeting about nine resolutions have been passed, which are acceptable by the parties concerned.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the parties would submit that they would abide by the resolution passed in the peace committee meeting in the presence of all the officials concerned. 4.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, the parties are directed to comply with the nine resolutions passed in the peace committee meeting, which was held on 09.03.2021 without creating any law and order problem and also to extend their utmost co-operation for the smooth conduct of the festival.
5.In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
