ORDER

The petitioner is presently working as Revenue Inspector in Paramakudi Municipality. He was visited with a punishment in the the year 2010. On appeal, the same was reduced. The petitioner has preferred a further appeal before the first respondent on 03.09.2012. Till date the said appeal has not been disposed of. Hence, this writ petition.

2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.09.2012 and pass order on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
