(CRIME NO. 14 OF 2016) ..RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.3671 of 2016 dated 28.4.2016 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SHANMUGASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition after 04.07.2016. Charge sheet has been filed before the Trial Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the concerned court for daily at 10.00 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter in all future hearings without fail.
