O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.520 of 2023, on the file of the second respondent police within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that they completed the investigation and filed Final Report on 18.04.2024 itself.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the charge sheet was returned for some defects.

4. This Court heard both sides and perused the records.

5. This Court already recorded in the earlier order, dated 28.08.2024, in Crl.OP(MD)No.2388 of 2023 that the charge sheet was filed on 18.04.2024, before the Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli in E.filing No.CC-LTN-2022 000 1861, C2024 00152. But, thereafter, there is no Page No. 2 of 4

progress.

6. Therefore, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, to pass appropriate orders on the above said charge sheet and to proceed further, based on the charge sheet filed by the respondent police in accordance with law.

7. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
