The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent police to register a case based on his complaint dated 08.02.2015.

On perusal of the petition and on hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court feels it fit and direct the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.02.2015 and investigate the same and act in accordance with law.
