ORDER

According to the Writ Petitioner, Sree Uthandakalai Thirukovil situated at Karivalamvanthanallur is a family deity of ten community people of the Karivalamvanthanallur Village. It was founded by the forefather of 10 community people. Now the second respondent sealed the temple as the same belongs to H.R. & C.E department. In the above circumstances the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent on 31.01.2018 requesting the respondent to furnish the documents relating to the above said temple. Since so for no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

representation is dated 31.01.2018 and it is pending till date, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent/The Executive Officer, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District, is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.01.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
