The petitioner is a Mini Bus Operator. He is aggrieved by the illegal running of Stage Carriage by certain operators. He has therefore given representation dated 31.01.2018. 2.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take action in accordance with law. In any event, the order shall be passed by the first respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
