ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 and their subordinate to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner to put up fence around her land in Survey No.221/18 in an extent of 4 acres 50 cents situated at Veerasangilimadam Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, as per civil Court decree in O.S.No.37 of 2002 by the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, dated 09.10.2009 by consideration the representation dated 08.03.2024.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2024 has been considered and the same has also been closed on 2/5
23.07.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent also reports that the private respondents are in possession of the property and without any civil Court decree, the petitioner filed this petition seeking police protection. Therefore, he seeks dismissal of this petition.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, as the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and closed by the second respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
