2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner contends that he was selected by the order of the first respondent on 11.05.2015 as "reserve crew". But, he has not been given duty. In this regard, the petitioner has already given a representation dated 18.01.2018 to the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The third respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
