RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 8388 of 2017 dated 24.07.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.R.PONNUTHAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 22 (c) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 and Section 25(1) (a) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.136 of 2017, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the

effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
