This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No. 176 of 2014 from the file of the third respondent police to second respondent for fair investigation and to file a final report.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve Referred Charge Sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to file protest petition before the concerned court.
