RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 20/09/2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11554/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.60 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11554 of 2017 dated 20.09.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
