This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to to call for the records in Crime No.212 of 2008 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same with regard to the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation of the case in Crime No.212 of 2008 has been completed and the charge sheet also has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet filed in the matter without any further delay.
