Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.262 of 2016, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. This petition is ordered accordingly.
