O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to file final report in Crime No.434 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police 2.According to the petitioner, he is the de-facto complainant in this case. Based on his complaint, a case in Crime No.434 of 2024, has been registered. After registration of FIR, the respondent police having conducted investigation, so far has not filed any final report. Hence, this petition. 2/5

3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner the respondent police have registered a case and the same is under investigation and they will complete the investigation within two months and file a final report. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this case, this Court recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, directs the third respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within two [2] month from the date of this order.
