Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC r/w.3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.253 of 2014.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12909 of 2017 dated 27.09.2017. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed in S.C.No.275 of 2016, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari.
4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the lower Court for each and every hearing, without fail.
