2.The petitioner is a retired employee of the fourth respondent Panchayat. He was regularized on 06.08.2004. The case of the petitioner is that the service rendered by him, prior to the said regularization should also be considered and 50% of service period taken into account. In this regard, he has given a representation dated 11.11.2017.

3.The second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
