O R D E R

In this petition, I had held that the eighth respondent had breached the order passed by this Court. He was found guilty and he was asked to appear in person before this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the contemnor / eighth respondent appeared in person and expressed his unconditional apologies. Thereupon, I directed the eighth respondent to have talks with the petitioner as well as her son and endeavour to resolve the issue. Thereupon, the matter was passed over. The eighth respondent had given an undertaking to address the concerns expressed by the petitioner.

3. Therefore, these proceedings can be closed by recording the aforesaid undertaking of the eighth respondent. This contempt petition is closed. The affidavit dated 24.07.2023 signed by the eighth respondent and endorsed by the petitioner and others shall form part of the order. This 3/5
