ORDER
The plaintiff in O.S.No.172 of 2020 on the file of Additional District Court, Madurai is the revision petitioner herein. 1/4
2. The said suit has been filed for the relief of partition and separate possession and for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from in any way creating encumbrance over the suit schedule properties. He further prayed for declaration that the settlement deed, dated 26.11.2020 executed by the 1st defendant in favour of the 2nd defendant is null and void.
3. The defendants have already filed their written statement. The suit is posted for issues from 26.06.2024 onwards. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, so far issues have not been framed. Hence, the present revision petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the suit.
4. Considering the above said facts, the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.12.2025.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
