This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection for his life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representation on 20/01/2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has given representation on 20.01.2015 to the respondents police seeking police protection, based on civil decree in his favour.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondents police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2015 on merits within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
