ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to quash the case in S.C.No.15 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyur.

2. The Court has also heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the charge-sheet and Section 161(3) Cr.P.C. Statements of witnesses inform that in the incident, the petitioner and two other accused persons caused stab injuries to two persons using folding knives. The petitioner stands charged under Sections 294(b), 307, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, while another charged for offences under Sections 294(b), 352 and 506(ii) of IPC and yet another charged for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC. The charges inform of an incident on 19.06.2008 at about 10.00 hours when the petitioner and two other accused persons caused injuries to two persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the offences of which the petitioner stands charged, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P (MD)Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 are closed.
