Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The issue raised in this writ petition can very well be agitated before the jurisdictional consumer forum. This writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tirunelveli. As and when such a petition is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the respondents are left open.
