This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as well as his family members on the basis of his representation to the respondents, dated 20.02.2015.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
