This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents permitting the petitioner to erect the Therrma Cool Poo Thatti to express their joy and enjoyment by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 04.02.2023 in accordance with law.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though there was a problem between the two community people in 2016, now they have realized and compromise has been entered between them. On that ground, they are willing to conduct the above said festival.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the said representation given by the petitioner, they have called the parties for enquiry, but, the petitioner has not turned up.

5. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and also inform the above said developments that they have compromised their issue and decided to celebrate the festival. The second respondent is directed to enquire the parties, with whom the problem in the year 2016 existed and to ascertain the entire facts. Depending upon the out come of the enquiry, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2023 and pass orders on its own merits. If the petitioner is aggrieved over which of the out come of the enquiry, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
