Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.A.RAMA CHANDHRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Charge sheet has been filed before the Court and taken on file in P.R.C.No.27/2016.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Court for all future hearings regularly.
