ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No,997 of 2013, along with the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2013 from the second respondent police to any other Investigation Agency. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 11.12.2017 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and the same was not taken on file. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
