2. The petitioner suffered an award at the hands of the Chit Registrar. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent.
3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent will of course issue notice to the second respondent before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
