ORDER

The petitioner is a retired employee of the Revenue Department. He subscribed to the Special Provident Fund Item No.2. Eventhough from his salary there was deduction, following his retirement, the petitioner was not paid any amount under that head. Therefore, in this regard the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.07.2017 for payment of Special Provident Fund Item.No.2. 2.The first respondent is directed to take action in this regard and disburse the amount payable to the writ petitioner, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
