(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This application has been filed to declare the petitioners as major by 1/4

discharging their father from the guardianship. The petitioners attained the age of majority 15 years back but in the cause title to the appeal they were shown as minors. Since they have attained the age of majority, they have every right to participate in the appeal suit proceedings in their independent status.

2. Taking all the facts into consideration, this petition stands allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title declaring the two respondents having attained the age of majority and discharging their father from guardianship.
