No.435 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, Pudukkottai. DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.K.RAMAIAH, Advocate for the respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, Pudukkottai, dated 01.10.2021 made in M.C.O.P. No.435 of 2019 be and hereby is modified and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is Allowed.

(2) That the appellants would be entitled to compensation of Rs. 28,32,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs and Thirty Two Thousand only) along with 5% interest;
