2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Charge sheet has been filed before the Trial Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Court for all future hearings regularly.
