RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 11172/2016 dated 06.07.2016 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 pm until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN,GOVT.ADVOCATE(CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
