ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to shift the service connection from the land in Survey Nos.267/21 to 474/11B in service connection in SC.D.No.517 forthwith by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner granted with a agricultural service connection in SC.D.No.517 for the land in Survey Nos.267/21. Subsequently, the above lands have been acquired by the Government. In the above circumstances, the petitioner seeks to shift the agricultural service connection to another land in S.No.474/11B, therefore, the petitioner has submitted an application dated 08.02.2018 before the respondent. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner did not approach the authorities with relevant records enabling them to consider his application and therefore, the application of the petitioner is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent to produce all the relevant records as required by the respondent. On filing such documents, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
