in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD) SR No. 89162 of 2023 preferred as against the order in E.C.No.73 of 2021 by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation Court of Dindigul and take the appeal into file.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 784 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.89162 of 2023 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam in State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch 2/4

bearing Account No.10767823177, IFSC No.SBIN0000898, MICR Code No.625002601 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court. 20-02-2026 mkn 3/4
