The petitioners approach this Court with a prayer to call for the records pertaining to S.T.C.No.185 of 2012 on the file fo the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District and quash the same as illegal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that all the petitioners were acquitted in S.T.C.No. 185 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam by judgment dated 26.02.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
