This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.160 of 2018 and to file final report in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 160 of 2018 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the same has been taken cognizance in CC. No.112 of 2020

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
