Muruganantham, Additional Government Pleader for the Petitioner the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the State to cancel the anticipatory bail that was granted by this Court to the respondent herein/A1, on 23.03.2017, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3391 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Since charge sheet has been filed, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in the present petition, in the circumstances of the case and accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
