ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent to survey and fix boundary of the petitioner's house site situated in Survey No.237/2 to an extent of 1207 sq.ft. at Ramasamy Thevar Nagar, Narayanapuram, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2018.

Thevar Nagar, Narayanapuram, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District and in order to survey the above property, she has filed an application before the fourth respondent and also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.01.2018 and survey the above property and fix boundaries, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
