O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for early disposal of the revision filed by the petitioners under Section 13 of The Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983, which is now pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Aggrieved by the cancellation of the patta, the petitioners have preferred the statutory revision under Section 13 of The Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 on 11.12.2021 before the first respondent. They seek early disposal of the revision in this Writ Petition.

W.P.(MD)No.3878 of 2022 3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the revision filed by the petitioners is disposed of expeditiously after affording a fair hearing to the petitioners as well as the private respondents in this Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's revision filed under Section 13 of The Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 on 11.12.2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioners as well as the respondents 3 to 5.

5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
