Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 448 of IPC, Section 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.311 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the

conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6790 of 2017 dated 07.06.2017. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.39 of 2017, on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni District. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
