RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 10811 of 2017 dated 28.08.2017 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, in Crime No.177 of 2017, while granting bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders sd/- 02/11/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
