ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.328 of 2023 and complete the same within a stipulated time.
2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with and also this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, to complete the trial in C.C.No.328 of 2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
