12005/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ANANDHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (1)(A) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.332 of 2017, while granting bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
